Program Overview The Maria Wade LLC Referral Program is designed to reward individuals and organizations that introduce new coaching clients or corporate partners to our services. By referring high-caliber professionals and corporate clients, you can earn a commission while helping organizations and leaders access transformational coaching.

• Executive coaches

• Corporate partners

Referral Incentives

• Individual Client: 10% of the first coaching contract (client signs a two-way agreement and pays for services directly).

• Corporate Client: 20% of the first contract (company signs a three-way agreement and pays for services).

• Ongoing Corporate Engagement: 15% commission for additional contracts within the first year, 10% during the second year.

 

Eligibility & Process

1. Submit Your Referral: Referrers must register the referral opportunity via email to mycoach@mariawade.us before Maria Wade LLC contacts the prospect.

2. Tracking: Use the subject line: "Referral Submission – [Referrer's Name] – [Prospect's Name]".

3. Payment Process:

   • Commission is paid in two installments:

     • First Installment: Paid within 60 days after receiving the first half of the coaching contract payment.

     • Second Installment: Paid within 60 days after the final payment is received or the contract is completed, whichever is later.

 

Restrictions & Exclusions

• Only new individual and corporate clients qualify.

• Self-referrals and existing prospects do not qualify.

 

Program Termination & Amendments

• Maria Wade LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify this program with two weeks’ notice.

• All pending referrals at the time of termination will still be honored.

 

Legal & Confidentiality Considerations

• Referrers are responsible for their own taxes on commissions.

• This program does not establish an employment or agency relationship.

• Referrers must not make misleading claims about our services.

• Referral agreements and client information are confidential.
